I had a vision. Building on my previous Marketing Campaign Research I saw a path to a fully automated AI campaign engine.
I pitched the idea to the company and recruited a powerhouse squad of 8 across UX, PM, and Engineering.
Understanding our customers’ friction—specifically their fear of losing control and the cognitive load of writing perfect prompts—we architected a Guided Prompting system.
By providing curated "lead prompts," we ensured precision and saved users’ time, while simultaneously "teaching" them how to interact with AI.
We kept the "start from blank" option for power users, but our guided approach gave everyone the direction they needed to get accurate, high-value results instantly.
Once the initial workflow is generated, the experience doesn't stop. We ensured users could pivot or fine-tune results through Conversational AI at any moment. Or even generate brand new workflow.
We didn't just automate a task;
